"I have been a loyal State Farm customer since 1981. Over the years starting in Maryland I owned about 11 vehicles and 3 single homes. Started a family with an additional 2 young drivers. State Farm had all kind of incentives and my kids were part of excellence young responsible and intelligent drivers. They both had throughout school and college a 4.00GPA, and today they are professionals. I mention these facts because my family and life decisions were in a way a big part and influence by State Farm; after all they served us like part of are own family.I always had excellent caring ,knowledgeable and helpful agents to help me and my family with our needs. I had a house built in Florida and trying to find home insurance I ended up with the office of Mr Yeager. I was not offered home insurance at the time because State Farm was hurting after one of the big storms years ago. Beth was very welcoming and helped me find an equivalent home insurance company, plus help with my vehicles insurance and plus. About 3 years ago State Farm offer me home insurance , for over 9 years I have been a client of the office of Mr Yeager, unfortunately as life happened after the first 2 years going forward it has been very disappointing. I feel that if I am paying big $$$ for a service and services why not use them , especially if I am not abusing them. One example towing services, or crack on front windshield of a vehicle ect. These things are extras and to be used in emergencies. They shouldn’t be use against you and cost you a policy increase. Every time I called which most of the time was to question my big policy increases when I should be getting incentives checks. Everyone I talked to which most of the time was someone new and un knowledgeable. When I called the office I was looking for reasonable well spoken and caring explanations to my complaints and or concerns. Hopping to hear good suggestions and orientation . Again unfortunately never had the caring and understanding that Mr Yeager office is supposed to provide. Life is very stressful nowadays and the last thing I need is to be harassed by State Farm (your office) with increases and updating policy discounts ect. I know things go up in price, something we can’t avoid, but there’s good counseling and options to solve every problem to keep and maintain a good loyal customer very especially when is requested. I can go on and on, but to conclude my complaint, I am very disappointed with Mr Yeager , last conversation I had with him after finally asking for him was( if you don’t like it go somewhere else).These were his words exactly. I called the 1-800 number and suggested to find another office, and that’s exactly what I am to do."
